The CIB has a research program with several active projects in diverse areas of life science that encompass plant, animal, and microbe functional genomics. Besides our own initiatives, we collaborate with life science investigators both on-campus at USU, and off-campus with other universities and industrial laboratories. In addition, we support independent USU researchers with services and seed grant funding. Our interdisciplinary team approach lends itself to collaborative partnerships, as our program initiatives demonstrate.
