Biotechnology & Bioprocessing Training

Participants from the Insect Cell Culture and Baculovirus Expression Vector System Program held April 19-23, 2004
About Our Program
The Biotechnology and Bioprocessing Training at USU’s Center for Integrated BioSystems provides training and technical support to researchers and educators from all realms of the scientific community. Participants come to our program to gain new insights and knowledge from experts covering theory and the newest practices. We offer experienced staff who are eager to help in every aspect of cell culture, fermentation, and protein purification, as well as gene expression and proteome analysis. Most importantly, our courses provide an opportunity for attendees to apply theoretical knowledge in hands-on practice sessions in our cutting-edge laboratories.
Who Should Attend
Attendees who will benefit from these courses include industrial microbiologists, cell biologists, bioprocess engineers, biochemical engineers, production managers, group leaders, scientists in manufacturing and R&D in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. This year we have refined our program for academic and government scientists.
