Teacher Symposium(November 9, 2009)
Utah State University's Center for Integrated BioSystems, in collaboration with Utah State Office of Education, hosts this one-day program offering teachers professional development, peer and research presentations, and hands-on time in the laboratory.
Designed to enhance science education in Utah, teachers leave with new information and experience that they can implement in their classrooms. Participants will hear from fellow science teachers about exciting and effective ways to incorporate biotechnology into existing science courses.
