The education and research program in the CIB collaborate to offer resources and training for high school students and teachers. The High School Summer Academy is a week-long resident program that provides high school students an opportunity to get into the lab and work with world-class scientists on actual research projects. A companion program is offered for teachers to add new biotechnology elements to their teaching portfolio. This free program is offered for a single day of training.
