With our DNA Engine Opticon 2 the USU Genomic facility offers quantitative PCR as a two tier service.
Services
Level 1:
Service will be user driven. We will program your protocol and run any plates set up by the user.
Level 2:
Service will be directed by the user and driven by the USU Genomic facility.
We will use your primers and template to set up the experiment from start to finish. The USU Genomic facility will also provide software and technical support for your data analysis.
