The Center's DNA Facility provides a number of different services for the automated analysis of molecular DNA markers.
Services
DNA fragment analyses are performed on an ABI 3730 DNA Analyzer . We routinely perform fragment analyses applications such as:
- Microsatellite variation analysis
- AFLP analysis
- RLP analysis
- STR analysis
- SNP analysis
